2 rebanadas de pan
1/2 taza de leche
2 dientes de ajo picados
1 cucharadita de oregano
1 cucharadita de albahaca
1 cucharadita de sal de cebolla
1/2 cucharadita de tomillo
1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra
1/4 taza de ojuelas de cebolla
1/2 taza de queso parmesano
3 huevos
INSTRUCTIONS
Calentar horno a 180 °C
En un bowl dejar el pan a que se humedezca con la leche por un par de minutos. Mezclar todos los ingredientes.
Hacer albóndigas de 20 gramos y colocar en charolas de horno sobre papel mantequilla. Cocinar de 30-40 mins o hasta que estén listas sin estar resecas.
