Delicious and a bit spicy
Brown hamburger, drain and add spaghetti sauce. Simmer a few minutes.
Layer bottom of dish with beef/sauce combo.
Add layer of noodles
Add layer of beef/sauce combo, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese
Repeat layering so there are at least 2 layers (depends on pan size)
Cover with foil, bake at 350 for 60 minutes with foil on. Remove foil, bake another 10 minutes.
We've used 8x8 and 8x10 pans. Depends on thickness desired and how much beef is used.
