Brown meat slowly; drain fat. add next 6 ingredients, simmer uncovered until thick
Cook noodles in boiling salted water till tender; drain, rinse in cold water
Combine Cottage Cheese with next 5 ingredients.
In pyrex lay a layer of pasta, 1/2 the cottage cheese mic; add 1/2 the cheese; and 1/2 the meat, repeat layers.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or so. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cutt in Squares.
