Suggest a better descriptionBrown ground beef and drain off fat.
Add onion to ground beef, then add remaining ingredients.
(Rinse all the cans with water and add to the sauce as well as the jar. Not too much water - just enough to rinse.)
Sprinkle the seasonings over the sauce just enough to cover top, then stir in.
Simmer for about 1 hour.
Boil 8 lasagne noodles till tender.
Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish with some sauce.
Put down a layer of 4 noodles, a layer of ricotta and cottage cheese, a layer of mozzerella cheese and a layer of sauce.
Repeat for one more layer and sprinkle top with parmesan and any leftover mozzerella cheese.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
