-in pot, brown ground beef then add garlic, 1 1/2 t salt, tomato paste, italian seasoning and crushed tomatoes. Simmer uncovered 30 mins.
-cook noodles per package directions, drain and rinse
-beat eggs and add parm, 1t salt, 1/2 t pepper, and ricotta
-layer 13x9 baking dish, noodles, then half the ricotta filling, half the meat sauce - repeat
-cover with mozzarella
-cook at 375 for 30 mins
