Peel potatoes and onion.
Chop up and hand grate or run through a course blade on a food processor.
Remove and place in a clean dish towel. Wring out as much liquid as possible.
In a large bowl mix the rest of the ingredients.
Fold in the potato/onions. Combine well.
Drop healing tablespoons into an 1” of hot oil. Flatten to shape.
Fry until golden. Drain on paper towels.
