Mix cake mix according to package directions with 1 cup water, 3 eggs, and oil, pour into pan.
Bake 4O min.
*Lower oven to 325 degrees.
Beat cream cheese, milk, and remaining eggs until smooth. Pour over cake, bake 5O min.
Cool, then chill 6 hours.
In skillet, melt butter. Add apples, cook until soft. Pour caramel topping over top of cheesecake, pipe whipped cream around top edge of cheesecake, arrange apples on top of cheesecake in concentric circle.
