This is incredibly easy to prepare but still very tasty and it's a great dinner that you can prepare ahead of time and then pop in the oven right before you need to eat. I usually serve with green beans or broccoli, rolls and some cranberry sauce. Your family will think you went "above and beyond"...all for a simple dinner.
Preheat oven to 375(F) degrees. Put shredded chicken in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. In a separate bowl, mix both soups and the milk together. Pour over the chicken. In another bowl, mix chicken broth and butter and heat until butter is melted. Pour stuffing over chicken/soup mixture. Then pour butter/chicken broth mixture on top - wetting all of the stuffing mix. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
