Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Par cook your potatoes before. If you don't, you will need to bump up your cooking time until done.
Spray your pan well.
Mix all ingredients, onions, mushroom soup, onion mix, milk, and 1/2 of the cheese together. Reserving some of cheese for the top.
Add potatoes into mixture, Pour into pan, then stop with cheese
Bake 1:15 to 1 hour 30 min. in the preheated oven.
** If you par cook your potatoes, you will not need to cook as long. If you don't par cook them allow for more time. Please make sure your potatoes are done before serving.****
*** This recipe should be a little liquidy as it sets up a bit before serving.
