Warm the oven to 370F.
Mix eggs, milk and cream/ yoghurt. Add in the bread, mix well. Let sit.
Put the leek in a frying pan with the butter, and cook on medium with a lid on. When it starts to get hot, put the fire on low medium. Stop when the leek is soft.
Add the spices to the leek. Add the leek into the bread mix. Put in a baking pan and in the oven for 30-40min.
