Set aside in a large mixing bowl to cool
DON'T FORGET THE SALT
Break the salmon up into small pieces and add to mixing bowl
Add the egg S & P and breadcrumbs
Roll into patties and flatten
Roll in gently some plain flour
And shallow fry in a pan
Make the salad add dressing at the end
Serve with salad and sweet chilli, tartare or seafood sauce
