Salad using vegetables
Toast almonds over medium heat until golden.
Cook broccoli in large pot of boiling water for three mins or until tender crisp.
Drain and chill under cold running water.
Drain and pat dry.
Whisk together oil,lemon,mustard,sugar,salt,pepper in salad bowl.
Add broccoli, onions, almonds. Toss.
