2. In saucepan, mix broth and carrots. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Remove from heat. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.
3. Spoon into greased 3 quart shallow baking dish. Arrange chicken over stuffing.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
5. Mix honey, lemon juice, and parsley. Brush over chicken. Place lemon slices on chicken. Bake 10 minutes more or until chicken is done. Stir stuffing.
