A great weekday meal served with rice.
Take chicken breast and flatten them to 1/4" thick. Makes it cook quicker. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasonings on chicken. Heat the oil and add chicken, I cook about 10 mins total flipping so not to burn. If you chicken is thicker cook longer on low heat. While that's cooking mix together broth, garlic and vinegar. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Now take the vinegar mixture and pour into pan to deglaze, stir frequently about 4 minutes then add butter. Once butter is melted stir and ready to serve over chicken. I serve on top of rice. And sprinkle with parsley just for color.
