Helen's recipe--Christmas 2010
Preheat oven to 375.
COOKIES:
1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
2. Combine sugar and butter and beat until fluffy. Add eggs and beat. Add lemon juice and zest, ricotta and beat to combine.
3. Add dry ingredients to egg mix.
4. Spoon dough (~2 tbsp per cookie) onto pan. Bake for 15 minutes until slightly golden at edges. Let cool for 20 minutes.
GLAZE:
1. Combine all ingredients and spread over cookies.
2. Let harden for 2 hours.
