Lemon Water is extremely simple to make, and has amazing health benefits!!

- Pour out a mug of lukewarm water - the warmth speeds up absorption, but if the water is too hot, it destroys the vitamin C
- Cut your lemon in half. Put one half in a food bag and store in your fridge for later use
- Squeeze the lemon juice out, into your water, making sure you squeeze out as much as possible
- Stir your water, then drink and enjoy the benefits!! :)
