Suggest a better descriptionWhisk 2 tablespoons flour and 1 cup broth in small bowl until smooth.
Place remaining 2 tablespoons flour and parm cheese in a shallow bowl.
Sprinkle chicken with pepper and dredge both sides in dry flour/parm. Shake to remove excess.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown (2-5 mins per side).
Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
Reduce heat to med-low and add shallots and wine; cook until reduced by half (1-2 mins).
Stir in reserved broth-flour mixture and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer, stirring until sauce is thickened (about 5 mins).
Stir in tarragon, parsley, butter and capers.
Pour sauce over chicken and serve!
