Try in the spring!
1) Place the Lilac blossoms and water to begin the fusion, let stand at least 5 days.
2) In another gallon jar of clean cool water, mix 1 to 1 1/2 cups of sugar and 1 sliced lemon, and let the fusion begin. Stir well each day and
let stand for 3 days, then place in the refrigerator.
3) To make the Lilac Juice, strain both jars and mix the Lilac Juice with the Lemon Juice until you find the right taste for you.
