Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl or resealable bag. Makes about 1/2 cup marinade.
Add chicken. Turn to coat. Cover or seal. marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours. Drain and discard marinade. Preheat BBQ to medium. Cook chicken on greased grill for about 5 minutes per side to an internal temperate of 165 Fahrenheit.
Grilled Salsa: Place red pepper, pineapple and zucchini on greased grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes, turning once, until grill marks appear and zucchini are tender-crisp. Finely chop pepper, pineapple and zucchini.
Put into a bowl and add remaining 6 ingredients. Stir. Makes 1 1/2 cups salsa. Serve with chicken.
