Suggest a better descriptionCombine first 4 ingredients, adding the food coloring a little at a time, in order to not overdo. Chill well. Fill 6 glasses half-full of lime mixture; add a scoop of lime sherbert to each. Fill glasses with ginger ale. Garnish with mint. Serves 6.
