Easy to make Eggrolls!
Pre-heat deep fryer or pan and vegetable oil. Brown pork and cook thoroughly. Drain. Put pork back in pan and add coleslaw mix. Add soy sauce to taste. Stir once in a while to keep from sticking. Cover and cook until coleslaw is cooked but not mushy. Turn off heat. Set eggroll or wontons wraps by coleslaw and pork mix. Put suitable amount of mix onto wrap and wrap up (to seal wrap, dab finger in water and rub the end of the wrap, this will keep the egroll from unwrapping when deep frying). Set eggroll in oil and cook for about 5-10 minutes until wrap is golden colored. Repeat process until all the mix is gone. Dunk Eggrolls in sweet and sour sauce and enjoy!
