This is a smooth, yummy, and easy to make chocolate sauce. Can be made to suit the thickness needed for your recipe.
Heat cream until steamy, then add to chips whisking until melted. Add corn syrup. Let set until cool and thickened. Stir. Gets much thicker when you store in refrigerator.
