Lemon and chili oil
Cook pasta 3 or 4 minutes.
CHILI OIL
1 lemon juiced. 2 crushed gloves of garlic. Add chili oil. Sauted garlic salt and chilis in 4 cups oil.
or olive oil and chilis or chili flakes.
DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta with salt water. In bowl add 3 tablespoons chili oil, Lemon juice, Garlic, Salt and stir. Shred 1/4 cup parmesan cheese but dont add to the bowl yet. 4 handfuls arugula with a rough chop and put in bowl. Take pasta right into bowl, dont drain, and toss. Add arugula and cheese and toss.
