Little Chinese Almond Cookies
Place flour in bowl and cut in shortening.
Work in salt, sugar, flavoring and eggs.
Shape into long rolls and wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.
Let stand 3-4 hour or overnight.
Cut slices in 1/4 inch and put 1/2 almonds on each cookie before baking.
Bake 400 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
