- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, hot sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
- Add the cube potatoes and stir to coat.
- Add the potatoes to a greased baking dish. (glass casserole)
When scooping into dish, leave behind extra sauce mix.
- Add the diced chicken to the left olive sauce and marinate as the potatoes bake.
- Roast the potatoes for 45-50 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes
- Once the potatoes are cooked, remove from the oven and lower temperature to 400F
- In a large bowl mix the cheese, bacon and green onion.
- Add chicken on top of potatoes and cook for 15 minutes. With 3 minutes left, add cheese mixture.
