Suggest a better descriptionpreheat oven to 500 degrees. Spray 9x13 baking dish. In large bowl mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and hot sauce. Add potatoes; stir to coat. Scoop potatoes into baking dish ( don't pour all oil, hot sauce mixture into dish yet). Bake potatoes 45-50 minutes. Stir every 10-15 minutes until cooked through and browned. While potatoes cook, add chicken to bowl with oil/hot sauce mixture; coat. When potatoes are done remove from oven, lower temp to 400 degrees. Top potatoes with chicken. In bowl, mix cheese, bacon, and onion on top of chicken. Return to oven for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and topping is bubbly.
