Lucky Leaf Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° F. Pour 2 cans of Lucky Leaf Premium Apple Fruit Filling into 9 inch pie.
Step 2 - Make the crumb topping
In a medium mixing bowl, combine together the almond flour, coconut sugar, coconut flour, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the oil and maple syrup.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and stir to mix together.
Use your fingertips to drop dollops of crumble all over the top of the pie,
Step 3
Bake until top and crust are golden brown and filling is bubbling, about 40-45 minutes (cover top/crust with foil if necessary). Remove from oven and cool.
