Filipino famiily recipe for lumpia
Boil Chicken. When done, pull chicken off the bone.
Cook Pork Loin at 300 until no longer pink. If you use pork sausage, brown until no longer pink.
Food Process all the veggies.
Hand mix all ingredients and season with garlic salt, pepper and Swan Soy Sauce to taste/smell.
Roll in lumpia wrappers and freeze or deep fry.
Ration Should be Close to the following:
• Meat 50 % Hamburger 50%; pork or pork sausage 25%; chicken 25%
• Vegetables 50% Cabbage 50%; carrots 30%; onions 20%; garlic
