sifting together
2 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
(Wisk recommended)
Add
1 tbsp veg oil
1 cup of liquid (milk or water or ...)
Mix into a dough.
Less mixing the better.
Add to cast iron pan or any baking pan.
Mush it down to about a little less than 2cm high.
Add to oven for 20 mins.
Check. If more needed, add 5 mins.
Cut like pie.
