Portabella caps stuffed with chicken, cheese, and olives.
Cut raw chicken breasts into 1 inch pieces and toss with balsamic dressing. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After cooled shred chicken. Mix chicken w/dressing, black olives, onions, parmesan, and feta cheese. Stuff into caps. Spray caps with Pam. Slice tomato. Top with mozzarella. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with Royal blend cooked in chicken stock.
