oatmeal raisin cookies
Preheat 350
Grease sheet for first batch.
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add shortening, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla to dry mixture.
Beat til smooth.
Add oats & raisins.
Roll into small balls and pat flat.
Bake 12-15 min
