- In a pan, melt butter on medium heat
- Stir in flour to make roux
- Add milk to roux slowly and stir
- Stir in cheeses and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and the sauce is a little thick
- Put macaroni in large casserole dish, and pour sauce over macaroni
- Melt butter on medium heat and add breadcrumbs and brown. Add to mac and cheese to garnish. Sprinkle paprika as well
