Preheat oven 350
Line sheets with parchment paper
Whisk together coconut, sugar, flour, zest and salt
Stir in egg whites, butter and almond extract. Fold in the chopped chocolate
Drop tablespoon size ball onto baking sheets.
Bake approx. 20-25 mins. - until they are lightly brown
Prepare dough ahead of time and keep in fridge up to 2 days. Thaw before forming balls.
