Gluten free pancakes. Very light and fluffy. Net carbs = 16g and Glycemic load = 9 (Low). Made with 60% whole grain superfine rice flour, almonds, patato starch, tapioca xanthan gum, WheyLow low-glycemic sweetener, baking poweder and salt.
Beat 1 or 2 eggs then add 1 cup of milk. Add 2 tbsp of oil or ghee. Then sift 1 1/4 cups of madwoman pancake mix over the wet ingredients. Stir all ingredients but don't over mix, just until moistened. Bake on hot gridle and enjoy!
