Suggest a better descriptionPut all ingredients in the crockpot, except the cream cheese, sour cream and egg noodles. Cook all day on low, approx 8 hours.
About 1/2 hour prior to serving, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Also, stir in the cream cheese and sour cream into the crock pot. Salt and pepper generously.
Serve as egg noodles and the crockpot stroganoff on top.
