A whole new flavor for a quiche! My husband loved it.
Whisk the eggs. Add feta cheese and sour cream. Mix everything together and pour it into the pie crust. Chop the green onions and cut cherry tomatoes in half and then spread them around the pie turning the tomatoes downward. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
Cook for about 45 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 375°F. Makes 2 pies.
Optional: Add ham chunks into the bottom of the pie crust.
