Perfect Dressing for Thanksgiving Turkey in East Texas!
pepper two eggs well beaten. Mix well, add salt, pepper + rage to taste. Arrange chicken. (Slice of eggs is used) and dressing in alternate layers in 2 ft casserole. Cover with sauce. Baked 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve about 16. If you should like to make this and freeze, omit the boiled eggs. They do not freeze well (the whites) that is.
