Suggest a better description1. In medium bowl, whisk together orange juice, cornstarch, ginger, chicken broth, and soy sauce. Set aside.
2. Add vegetable oil to fry pan on med heat. Cook chicken strips until lightly browned and cooked through.
3. Add bell pepper, green onions, and water chestnuts until slightly softened.
3. Whisk wet ingredients and remix anything that has settled. Add to chicken and vegetable mixture.
4. Cook on low-medium heat until sauce thickens. Stir/Whisk in fry pay to keep from sticking.
5. Serve over cooked rice, sprinkle with chopped cashews if desired.
