Suggest a better descriptionUse 2 9-inch loaf pans. Sift dry ingredients. Beat eggs till stiff- gradually add sugar. Beat till lemon color. Stir in oil and vanilla. Gradually add flour then nuts.
Cover bottoms of 2 greased pans with a little batter. Sprinkle cinnamon and repeat till batter and cinnamon are used.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. or until tester comes our clean.
Cut in 1/2 in. slices. Arrange on baking sheet, lightly brown at 400 degrees.
