Cut mango and avocado into 1/2 " pieces and set aside. In a bowl combine garlic, lime juice, honey, yogurt, and mustard. Whisk until it is smooth , add oil and whisk briskly until the dressing becomes thick and creamy. Add cilantro and salt &pepper to taste. Mix with mango and avocado.
Can be used over chicken, fish or greens.
