This silky-smooth sorbet was inspired by the lush flavors of Thailand. Thanks to the conveniene of frozen mango chunks, it can be an everyday treat.
Thaw mango chunks 15 min. Place in blender or food processor, and puree with agave nectar and lime juice. Transfer to shallow glass or metal bowl, and place in freezer. Freeze 30 min. Stir puree every 15 min until ready to serve.
