This looks complicated but is an easy recipe
Combine crust ingredients. Press into 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Combine filling ingredients and pour over the crust. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool. Combine frosting ingredients and spread over the filling. Decorate with coconut.
Use red and green cherries for a Christmas treat. You can also tint the coconut red and green. Red and green sprinkles can be used in place of coconut. You can replace the cherry juice in the frosting for milk to get a whiter frosting.
