Everyone loves it
Crust: Crumble Pepperidge farm Bordeaux cookies in sprng form pan. Add a little butter and bake crust for 12 min. and cool. Beat egg whites until stiff. In heavy bottomed pot, melt cococate chips over low heat and set aside to cool slightly. Beat egg yolks well, about five min. and fold into melted choc. then fold choc. Mixture into egg whites.
Put in pan and freeze and then mix van. ice cream with Grand marnier and spread on top. Or use any ice cream....coffee is good and freeze and then top with toasted almonds.
