Suggest a better description1. Place whole tomato in hot water for 15 minutes then peel skin. You put it in cold water in peel tomatoes. Remove the seeds.
2. Place in that blender tomatoes and red onion
3. Place the porcini mushrooms chopped in hot water for the same amount of tomatoes 15 minutes
4. Place porcini mushrooms, tomatoes and red onions in the blender until smooth
5. Place olive oil oregano and all seasoning in the pot I and stir
5a. Put In sauce from Blender in the pot
6. Also place cook sausages in the sauce and cook for 20 to 30 minutes
7. Chop carrots in blender and add water... see picture
8. When sauce in the pot is almost done for pour in the carrot sauce in blender and boil for 15 minutes longer
9. Season to taste
