Light Fluffy Cheesy Goodness
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Butter a 2 qt. casserole dish
Place a layer of bread squares into bottom of dish and brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle layer of cheese and repeat until all is incorporated.
Beat eggs into milk and salt, and pour over read.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake one hour until firm.
The sharper the cheddar the better.
