In a small frying pan heat olive oil over medium high heat
Add the garlic and onion stir and sauté for 1 minute
Add the spices, stir and sauté for another minute
Add the tomatoes, stir and heat for 15 minutes
Turn off the heat
Ready to eat or store for later
