Suggest a better descriptionCut each block of cheese in half lengthwise and then cut each half in slices. Layer the slices in a container or tray alternating cheddar then cream cheese until all is used. Usually makes 2-4 logs depending on size of container. Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Top cheese logs with the marinade and let sit at least 8 hrs.
