Mix ingredients except chocolate chips. Blend thoroughly. Then, add chocolate chips, stirring them in gently. Using a cookie scoop (approximate size: 1.5 teaspoon), place scoops of dough on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. (about 12 cookies per conventional cookie sheet) Bake at 375 degrees for 10-13 minutes.
