Blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs with electric beater until smooth and creamy. Pour into Graham Cracker Crust in a 2" tall spring form pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until firm. Cool for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat together sour cream, sugar and sherry. pour over cheesecake base, return to oven for 5 minutes. refrigerate before serving.
