2. Cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
3. Place cubed potatoes into large pot; cover with water.
4. Heat on high until water reaches full boil.
5. Reduce heat to medium; cook until potatoes are cooked through, soft but firm.
6. Drain potatoes.
7. Place potatoes in large bowl.
8. Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
9. Mash using manual manner or electric mixer until potatoes are not lumpy.
